In-house and bespoke
Would you like one of our open training courses delivered at a time and a location to suit you? Or would you like us to work with you to develop a course to meet your exact requirements?
If the answer was yes to either of the questions, our in-house and bespoke training service is ideally suited to meet your needs.
In-house: All of our existing courses can be delivered to you, your staff or volunteers in-house and we can tailor them to meet your programme’s specific needs.
Bespoke: We can work with you to design a new course to meet your exact needs and deliver it in-house or at a location to suit you.
We’ve delivered over 75 in-house and bespoke courses to all sorts of organisations including schools, colleges, local authorities, NHS and national charities.

All courses are delivered by experienced trainers with extensive knowledge of mentoring and befriending. An initial training needs assessment and end of course evaluation are carried out as standard. Both services are competitively priced and banded to ensure they’re a cost effective option for programmes. All courses have been designed to help you achieve Approved Provider Standard accreditation.

- Over 30 courses delivered
- 95% of delegates’ course expectations were met
- 98% of delegates rated their knowledge after the training as ‘high’ or ‘very high’
