In-house training

Would you like one of our open training courses delivered at a time and a location to suit you? Or would you like us to work with you to develop a course to meet your exact requirements?

If the answer is yes to either of the questions, our in-house training service is ideally suited to meet your needs.

Our in-house courses consist of our existing training which can be delivered to you, your staff or volunteers in-house and we can tailor them to meet your programme’s specific needs. All courses have been designed to help you achieve Approved Provider Standard accreditation.

Our experience and track record
We have delivered over 100 in-house courses to all sorts of organisations including schools, colleges, local authorities, NHS and national charities.

Some key in-house training facts based on figures from April 2009 to April 2010:

  • Over 30 courses delivered
  • 95% of delegates’ course expectations were met
  • 98% of delegates rated their knowledge after the training as ‘high’ or ‘very high’

“The on-site training was very informative and relevant – the trainer was really knowledgeable and gave participants a valuable insight into the issues relating to befriending and buddying. Would recommend.” Lydia Browne, Springboard project, Northampton Volunteering Centre

“Superbly tailored to meet our specific needs – highly stimulating and informative training days!”
Judy Tideswell, 14-19 Senior school improvement officer – inclusion: wellbeing, Staffordshire County Council
