APS diagnostic tool
The self-assessment diagnostic tool presents the APS detailed requirements as a checklist and by completing it you’ll be able to review your current practice against them.
It will help you to identify the extent to which you meet the requirements and what further action you need to take to achieve the standard. When you’ve completed the tool, it will highlight where your project’s ‘gaps’ in design and operation are and which areas need attention.
Download the self-assessment diagnostic tool here (Word document) – you can then complete it electronically or print it out and write on it.
The self-assessment process should be completed within one months of you signing up to work towards the standard. You should repeat the self-assessment diagnostic tool process again before you apply for assessment to track your progress towards meeting the standard and send it to us for review.
