Request an APS assessment
When your diagnostic tool and action plan indicate that you fully meet the APS detailed requirements with supporting evidence available to view at assessment you can request to be assessed.
You can request an assessment visit by emailing us your updated diagnostic tool and action plan. We aim to let you know who your assessor is within 28 days and for your assessment to be completed within two months.
