Summary:
uPeer is a mentoring project where students in post-16 education are trained to assist other students who may benefit from one-to-one support.
uPeer was designed to address issues around retention and maximising learning potential amongst young people in the Central London Learning and Skills Council area. It was a positive experience for all involved feedback showed.
