National Evaluation of Partnerships for Older People Projects – Final Report

Summary: Evaluation of the 29 POPP pilot sites which were funded to develop services for older people aimed at improving their health, well-being and independence. Found that a wide range of POPPS projects resulted in improved quality of life for participants – befriending and mentoring were part of some of the pilot sites.
