Employment Chances For Young Offenders

Year of publication: 2006

Publisher: Youth Justice Board (YJB)

Summary:
Research on a programme working with young offenders helping them to find an appropriate learning or work opportunity has found positive results. The Entry to Employment (E2E) young offender pilot findings are impressive and the programme proved particularly powerful support for a mentoring component as part of education and training provision.
