Thinking about signing up for APS? Save money and do it soon…
4 August 2011
Our quality standard, the Approved Provider Standard (APS) is the only one that has been developed specifically for mentoring and befriending projects. It is applicable to programmes of any size and delivery method working with a range of clients. It helps to demonstrate to funders, commissioners, volunteers and service users that your programme is operating to a nationally approved benchmark of safe and effective practice.
Since 2001, over 800 programmes have recognised the benefits of achieving the standard, with this month’s achievers recognised here.
We want to help you to achieve the standard too, and therefore are giving you the chance to sign up before we increase the fees. The standard is no longer subsided, but by signing up before the end of September, you will only be charged at the current prices.
The savings you make will give you the chance to attend our conference, or one of the courses on our National Training programme which have been designed to help you achieve APS.
You can find out more about APS here and if you haven’t done so already, visit our new website and register to join our new, free MBF network membership.
We shall also be running a series of free half day information events about the standard with the first date taking place in London.
Remember – the current pricing will only be available until the end of September, so please do take time to find out more about the benefits of APS and sign up now.
