Help us develop the new Volunteering and Mentoring Hub – we need your views

22 May 2012

We want your help if you are a mentoring provider working with offenders (whether in prison, probation or the community) OR work in a Probation Trust with offenders on licence or community sentence to help us develop the new Volunteering and Mentoring Hub.

Please complete one of the following surveys: choose the first if you are a mentoring provider and the second if you work in a Probation Trust:

  1. Mentoring Providers – Volunteering and Mentoring Hub survey
  2. Probation Trust workers – Volunteering and Mentoring Hub survey

The Hub aims to provide information about mentoring to adult offenders and ex-offenders and the support staff that work with them and will include a searchable directory of mentoring providers able to support offenders in contacting a service in their area to access a mentor and for potential volunteers to access suitable schemes.

This project builds on the GateMate campaign (www.gatemate.org) whose funding ended in 2011. By giving us your views you will help shape this mentoring resource so that it meets the needs of all that could benefit from quality mentoring support.

Thank you for your help.
