Management and organisation

Here you will find a collection of good practice examples relating to the management and organisation of projects. We hope you will find them useful to adapt for use within your own project’s setting.

We collect these from projects who have achieved the Approved Provider Standard (APS) and each has given us permission to share them. If adapting any of the examples, please credit each individual project as appropriate.
