Good practice examples

Here you will find a collection of examples linking to different areas of setting up and developing a mentoring and befriending project. It includes templates, processes, booklets and other documentation, all identified as being good practice. You will need to join the MBF network to access the individual good practice examples – this is free.

We have collected the examples from mentoring and befriending projects that have achieved the Approved Provider Standard and who have given their permission for us to share them in this way. We have also included some of our own examples taken from our toolkits and publications.

Feel free to adapt these examples for use within your own project’s setting and credit the individual project where appropriate.
