Experts in mentoring and befriending
Our approach
For over 15 years, we have been helping organisations in the non-profit, public and private sectors to increase the
quality and effectiveness of their mentoring and befriending services. We do this by helping organisations not only to develop services that are safe and effective, but also services that achieve results and are capable of continuous improvement.
We use the SIDE consultancy model to provide consultancy and development services to organisations. This has been developed to reflect good practice and mirrors the framework of our national quality standard, the Approved Provider Standard.
We can support you in the following ways:
- Scoping and exploring the requirements of your mentoring and befriending project
- Implementing your mentoring and befriending project
- Developing your mentoring and befriending project
- Evaluating and monitoring the outcomes and impact of your mentoring and befriending project
Our consultancy service will support you with personalised, specialist advice and expertise so that you can develop and sustain quality mentoring and befriending projects.

- Developing bespoke training programmes for a range of clients in the business, statutory and voluntary sectors
