Scoping and planning

Our scoping and planning support is designed particularly for organisations that need advice on how to set up a project. It is designed to ensure that your project gets off to the best start having been well-researched and planned with a clear identification of need.

We will work closely with your team, often providing one-to-one support to ensure that the support we provide meets your requirements and is focused on the specific needs of your project.

We can offer:

  • Support to scope a project including workshop facilitation with project team, management and stakeholders
  • Support with consultation and research work to identify the need for your project
  • Help to define your project’s aims, objectives and outcomes
  • Help developing a proposal or business plan for your project (including review of existing service and how to develop a new service).

We have designed our consultancy so you can choose a package that suits you.  We will discuss the support with you beforehand and tailor a package to support your needs.  To give you an idea about how much our consultancy costs we have put together a pricing table.
